Returns Or Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your order but if for any reason you are not and wish to return an item then please do so within 7 days of delivery for a refund. If we do not receive the return within this time frame, unless previously agreed, regretfully we will be unable to honor our refunds policy.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Communicate the same with our team on egle@lelyte.com

How To Return

Please contact us at egle@lelyte.com to let us know the items you wish to return. Please package all items carefully with each one in its original condition and with all labels and packaging attached, including hangers and plastic wrapping. Items should not show any signs of wear or damage. Should you require us to arrange a return collection then please let us know, this cost will be deducted from your refund. All returns should be via a traceable method as we are not responsible for losses.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your item. Within 3 business days we will notify you that your refund has been processed to your original payment method. If you paid using “Cash on Delivery” the refund will be in the form of a credit note for a future purchase on Lėlytė website.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Please note we do not offer exchanges – only refunds

If you would like an item in a different size or color, simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new order with the different item. Communicate the same with our team on egle@lelyte.com
